Delaware's state flower is the peach blossom, adopted in 1895 when the state was known as the Peach State, a title Georgia later took over.

Small as it is, Delaware sits in a productive mid-Atlantic growing belt with a genuinely long season: spring bulbs from March, peonies in late May, and dahlias and zinnias running well into October. Because the state is compact, delivery radiuses stretch further than in most places and a florist in Wilmington or Dover will often cover a surprisingly wide area. Worth asking about rather than assuming you need a shop in the same town.
