2 local flower shops in Ingham County
Okemos has two florists, the 6th largest selection in Ingham County, where Lansing accounts for 10 on its own. That is a small enough choice that same-day work is worth phoning about rather than assuming, particularly on the run-up to a holiday when a small shop books out quickly.
If nothing here suits, the nearest larger choice is Williamston, about 7 miles away, with 3 florists. Bear in mind that a shop delivering out of its own town will usually charge more for it and may need more notice.
Chrysanthemums, dahlias and autumn foliage are all local now, and dahlias in particular will be better than anything shipped in. The season closes sharply with the first frost.
Only 2 florists are listed under Okemos itself. Most shops around here file their address under Lansing, where there are 10, about 7.4 miles away.
