2 local flower shops in St. Louis County
Clayton has two florists, the 5th largest selection in St. Louis County, where Florissant accounts for 5 on its own. That is a small enough choice that same-day work is worth phoning about rather than assuming, particularly on the run-up to a holiday when a small shop books out quickly.
If nothing here suits, the nearest larger choice is Saint Louis, about 4 miles away, with 61 florists. Bear in mind that a shop delivering out of its own town will usually charge more for it and may need more notice.
Chrysanthemums, dahlias and autumn foliage are all local now, and dahlias in particular will be better than anything shipped in. The season closes sharply with the first frost.
Only 2 florists are listed under Clayton itself. Most shops around here file their address under Saint Louis, where there are 61, about 3.6 miles away.
