Florists in Middletown, CT

Middletown has seven florists, more than anywhere else in Middlesex County. That is enough to compare on style and price rather than taking the first quote, and independent shops differ more on both than their listings suggest. Six list a website; the other takes orders by phone.

If nothing here suits, the nearest larger choice is Hamden, about 18 miles away, with 12 florists. Bear in mind that a shop delivering out of its own town will usually charge more for it and may need more notice.

Autumn is a long, productive season in this region, with dahlias running to the first frost alongside chrysanthemums, berried branches and turning foliage. Local material stays available later than most people expect.
